Job Role: ERP Business Analyst Location: (Hybrid in Detroit, MI): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Project Length: 12 +Months Roles and responsibilities: Assess proposed business and technical solutions for accuracy, feasibility, and capacity to improve business/human resource related processes and controls, and/or address known gaps or risks; identify risk and propose alternatives, where applicable Assess proposed solutions for compliance with Agency policies and provide recommendations for improvement, where applicable Understand business operations, processes, and functions unique to the client Participate in requirements gathering and design sessions, and provide recommendations to enhance and accelerate the Payroll, Time and Labor, and Absence related HR processes Configure and maintain Oracle Cloud application components, in line with business, functional, and technical requirements Support Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence modules for various business groups Work on support tickets and resolve issues Job skills and qualifications: Skills: Effectively communicate and present analysis results to the client in writing and orally Effectively translate complex technical concepts to functional representatives and vice versa In depth Functional/Technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence module Ability to write moderate to complex scripts using Oracle APIs Ability to work on SQL development programs Required Qualifications: BA/BS/BBA degree from an accredited college/university in HRIS systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field Minimum of 6 years of accounting, auditing, data analytic, information technology, and/or equivalent experience Minimum of 4 years technical and functional Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence areas Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with State and Local Governments like Counties Thanks & Regards [email protected] Keywords: business analyst access management information technology Michigan |
