Profound knowledge and comprehension of Workfront mechanics, personas, processes, scenarios, and implementation. Deep understanding of APIs and Fusion. Detailed grasp of Adobe Workfront object types, including custom forms, approval workflows, templates durations, work effort, and planned hours. Thorough understanding of Adobe Workfront Setup, including access levels, layout templates, project preferences, and other approaches. Manage and monitor API integration between Workfront and other systems, including troubleshooting, system updates, quality assurance, version control, service outage management, and bug fixes. Oversee User Profile Management, ensuring proper settings, including layout templates, job roles, team assignments, licenses, access settings, etc. Audit groups, teams, and licenses assigned to terminated employees. Creation and maintenance of documentation at various communication levels including but not limited to technical, business-oriented, user-friendly, etc. Document types may include standard operating procedures, process flow diagrams, release notes, configuration, etc. Assist with the maintenance of the Confluence space dedicated to Workfront & Fusion. Have an understanding of and experience with Marketing and campaign process mapping. Qualifications 8+ years of overall IT experience in a technical role. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workfront and Fusion. Comfortable with agile methodologies. Proactive learning attitude towards new technologies and methods. Adobe Workfront certification and Adobe Fusion certification would be beneficial.
