Your expertise will be critical in designing high availability and security-first architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance. You will play a key role in remediation efforts and keeping the organization up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Azure Cloud Services, adhering to security and industry standards. Create comprehensive solution design documents and present them to the Architecture review council. Design architectures with a strong focus on high availability and security. Implement scalable and high-performing architectures for various cloud applications. Address availability, regulatory, or performance-related operational deficiencies. Keep clients informed about changes and advancements in cloud technology. Stay up-to-date with cloud technology, virtualization, compute, and industry trends. Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across the organization. Apply Agile and DevOps concepts to optimize cloud operations. Prepare detailed technical architecture documentation. Lead the migration of Enterprise Applications to Azure Cloud. Facilitate the migration of Oracle/SQL databases to Azure Cloud. Architect and design solutions on Azure, utilizing cloud-native services and container services. Implement security controls for Public cloud, including data encryption and key management. Familiarity with Linux and Windows containers. Proficiency in open-source cloud and configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.). Experience with alternate cloud providers like AWS is a plus. Preferred experience in the Manufacturing and Financial industry. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 15+ years of overall experience in Infrastructure and Operations. Minimum 7 years of experience in Cloud Architecture and Engineering services. Hands-on experience with Azure cloud-native services and container services. Proficient in Agile and DevOps concepts. Strong communication and written skills. Proven experience in creating technical architecture documentation. Extensive experience in migrating Enterprise Applications and databases to Azure Cloud. Familiarity with security controls for Public cloud and Linux/Windows containers. Knowledge of open-source cloud and configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
