Job Title: Data Quality Analyst Location: Hybrid, Vienna VA Duration: 6 months Visa: USC/GC/GC EAD/TN Moi: Skypec2c E.C/Domain: Navy Federal Candidate must have Credit Union, banking experience with 1-2 projects. Please submit the candidate who lives near VA or is local to VA. Responsibilities Perform data quality audits, identify data collection issues, suggest improvements, and help implement fixes. Support the documentation and implementation of data quality policies, standards, and procedures for both legacy and new data environments. Identify areas for data quality improvements and help to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies Own design, develop and deliver data quality and data profile best practices Requirements 3-4 years data quality experience 3-4 years of SQL, and data modeling 4-5 years of related experience in data governance/data management/quality assurance Strong analytical and technical skills to troubleshoot issues, analyze the cause, quickly come-up with the possible solution(s), document the changes, and communicate to the change to the organization Experience in defining and implementing data governance best practices, documenting data flow & process mapping, or a data steward responsible for the metadata management, data quality, KPIs, etc. Strong experience in documenting data requirements, data strategy and data rules (standardization, cleanse, and validation) Top 3 Skills data quality expertise SQL data governance We will only accept the following: US Citizens, Green Card Holders, TN Visa, Green Card EAD's.
