Hiring Manager Notes: Purely a production support Business Analyst role. Some testing experience will be preferred. Need strong documentation experience. This is Tier-4 support role and will act as a gatekeeper for CWOW. Need to create Jira stories and will have to hold meetings with stakeholders, revenue operations team.
