The ideal candidate will have direct, personal professional experience in engineering or managing engineering and operations in shared infrastructure (servers, storage, mainframe, network, etc.). Required Skills: Prior experience with Epics and Features Experience with shared infrastructure Prior experience working as a Product or Program Manager Responsibilities: Lead portfolio planning, intake, prioritization and the investment review process for LCM in FHP Engage to evaluate proposed and ongoing Epics and programs based on success criteria, value, risk, effort, cost and strategic alignment. Partner with LCM leadership to write well-defined Epics and Features Leverage business and technical understanding to ensure appropriate review and quality validation occurs for management and execution of deliverables. Together with Exec sponsors and finance managers, assess financial impact of all product and program work. Build strong partnerships and ensure effective communication with product managers, owners, executive sponsors and engineering managers/leads. Work closely with FTI Executives and Leads, ensuring proper alignment and prioritization of book-of-work (Ideas / Programs / EPICS) to Objectives and Key Results (OKR) Support resource forecasting for product enhancements and features, programs and non-project activities in line with strategic objectives, current resource capacity, and financial forecasts. Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners and peers associated with Lifecycle Management or affected by its outcomes Determine appropriate strategy and actions of the team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior managers Interact directly with external customers Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in aligned department or business group Thanks and Regards .
