Oversees all aspects of projects/program. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. This role is a pre-constructionmanager position. Where they deal from the inception of project all the wayto having the permits on hand for whichever project they are dealing with atthe time. The Contractor will be focusing on delivery stations that are readyto go and be built. Should have the capability to communicate well in writing as well verbally so others can understand what the intent is with that communication. Candidate Requirements: 6 years experience as a Project/ Program Manager. Industries : If they have worked within the construction industry, Ifthey have worked directly with city work permits, architectural, engineering,and programing.
