| Hi Partner Role: Salesforce Business Analyst Type: Contract Location: Remote Experience: 10+ Years Only Visa: H1B, TN, H4EAD Only JD: Use functional knowledge of Salesforce Tools (CPQ etc.) and quoting and ordering process flows to analyze requirements. Good understanding of Ciscos SFDC flows (Opportunity flow etc.). Work with the product owner to handle the backlog and new requests. Prior experience in tools like Jira Align, Jira Software, qTest is a ++ Write test cases and perform BAT. Understand features and write user stories in Jira to capture a description of a software feature from a user's perspective. Maintain and update all documentation, including the SharePoint site, relating to the program. Well versed in PowerPoint and MS Excel. Examine current business processes, flows and policies and recommend new ones. Document and update process documents. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Possess a strong interlock relationship with cross functional teams and influence associated systems, processes, and tools.
