Drive E2E onboarding of applications in to CyberArk Complete Requirements gathering and document the Functional/Non-functional requirements Assist/guide CyberArk Support team when required. Understand the current process/procedures & document Document KEDB, Knowledge Articles, etc., Guide the CyberArk Project team with various issues Development of CPM Plugins based on Requirements (to support devices which are not supported by CyberArk & PGU doesnt help) Development of PSM connection components based on requirements (based on AUTOIT or any programming language) Knowledge on reporting, DNA scans, PAS Reporter, Telemetry,.
