Responsabilits: 10+ years of exprience and W365 Cloud PC management using OnPrem/SaaS endpoint manager. Secure and validate Cloud PC's are following Mattel Security guidelines for deployment and usage Maintain and enforce modern application deployment needs through Intune. Create/Test/Deploy Provisioning profiles. Monitor usage patterns and usage rates to ensure that employees are using the system efficiently and effectively. Provision and Deprovision Cloud PC's as required. Troubleshoot deployment and usage issues with ServiceDesk/UAM/Citrix teams. Monitor Azure network connection health and troubleshoot with networking team as needed. Interface with Infrastructure for troubleshooting and operationalization needs Open MSFT support tickets and lead troubleshooting efforts as needed with Mattel support. Dlivrables : Provide bi-weekly reports on login count and usage of individual pools using both Nexthink and Intune available tools. Assist Infrastructure team in level setting subnet groups within each vNET per sizing requirements. Create/Test/Deploy Provisioning profiles per project need. Audit logs using PowerShell and available console/NexThink tools. Align Intune uploaded deployment packages with application stack version requirements.
