Job Title: SAP Cutover Lead- S/4HANA Work Location: Plano TX (Day one Onsite) Duration: 12+ months Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only): Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. SAP Project Management experience (3+ years), experience with 1-2 modules is desired, although he is not requiring a specific module experience for this role Previous experience of working with Global teams with various stakeholders and multiple delivery partners. Nice to have skills (Top 2 only): SAP Mobile Platform Relevant Data Management and Cutover Management experience. End to end understanding of a typical business process and how all the functions and processes work together Understanding of the underlying technical architecture and benefits of S/4HANA Azure DevOps Proficient in written & spoken English Desired years of experience: At least 3+ years of SAP Project Management experience (3+ years), experience with 1-2 modules is desired Strong Tech Architect with experience in leading and governing SAP Portal, Fiori and UI5, OData Projects Ensures all SAP project goals are accomplished according to business objectives. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. Execute project plan and progress, report cutover status during Deployment and mock cutovers Responsible for to updating the template for future cutovers during the global implementation of the new systems & subsequent wave deployments. Coordinate with the IT leads for testing, data migration, IT system cutover activities and legacy process transition. Assist with Identifying all communication needs during the cut-over/ Pre-& post and build a communication matrix. Regularly update the stakeholder scorecard & provides updates to the leadership.
