Please share if you have any suitable profile Embedded experience / Device development experience in Telcom. ( Expect to understand the product and issues ) Good experience in Agile and experience in working as Scrum Master ( Expect to run scrum calls and bring in best practices to improve current process and achieve more) Program Management- Core program delivery skills ( Program Management-Plan, track and prepare report for SVPs consumption. Need to be good in stakeholder management with excellent communication skills) Experience in Testing/Automation projects ( Expect to understand the QA Automation and implement best practices, guide team on automation ) Customer may consider release management / triaging experience incase QA automation experience is not available. Job Description: 12+yrs of experience. Looking for very energetic and enthusiastic candidate. Core skills: Experience in embedded / device software development space, should be self-starter and core program delivery skills. RDK experience is preferred Experience in Testing, QA Automation , Release Management preferred Candidates will be part of Program Management Office Experience in Agile processes, Scrum, acting as Scrum Master, host meeting, share status reports and communication between division & engineering teams Manages project status and information in the form of formal briefings, project update meetings, and written, electronic, and reports. Present status and report to Senior Management Team. Addresses problems through risk management and contingency planning and presents solutions and/or options to executive management Must possess strong knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques Expert in project management and MS office tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
