Wanted: Global navigators, to guide the worlds largest enterprises digital transformations In the role of SAP EWM consultant, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Design and configuration in SAP EWM track. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality deliverables for a module (SAP EWM), lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Location for this position is Normal, ILThis position may require 10% travel and relocation. Qualifications Bachelors/Masters degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. Minimum 10-12 years of experience in SAP EWMmodule around design, configuration, testing, and implementation experience minimum of two full project lifecycle SAP EWM implementation Experience on design and implementation of WM in S/4 Preferred Experience of inbound processes with and without Quality inspection from Vendors, Outbound process for STO and Customer Shipments and internal warehouse movements Knowledge of Return to vendors, receipt from production, Production staging, consignment and subcontracting process, physical inventory, shipping from warehouse, returns from customer, special processes (import and export), Quality inspection etc. 5 years of logistics consulting experience Should be familiar with material handling systems, Handling units, and how to integrate them to SAP WM solutions. Experience of Process Oriented and Layout Oriented Storage control In depth knowledge of RF for warehousing Customizing of SAP EWM, Define and execute tests scenarios, Training of keyusers and or business users, Application management of the SAP ECC Must be familiar with Supply Chain business models, SAP WM and wireless technologies Should be familiar with material handling systems and how to integrate them to SAP WM solutions Strong warehouse, distribution and transportation Logistics Business Process Knowledge and experience. Strong analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
