Job Title: ERP Business Analyst Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid) Duration: 6+ months Local or willing to relocate to client Location with oracle and payroll,labor,time experience Job description Position Description: The ERP Business Analyst - Payroll, Time & Labor will be responsible for analyzing proposed business and technical solutions in response to customer requirements, whether related to process improvements or new system functionality specific to Payroll, Time and Labor, and Absence modules of Oracle Cloud HCM. The Business Analyst will translate and create consistency between functional concepts and technical concepts to the benefit of the customer and the team.
