Role: Sr. Digital Chatbot Program Manager Duration: 1 year Location: Chicago, IL local to Chicago, must come to office 1-2 times a month Visa: H4-EAD, GC-EAD, GC and USC Excellent Communication Skills required Notes: Need a Program Manager to manage the Continuous Improvement of the Digital Chatbot Project Work Closely with the vendor to manage timelines - Vendor is Agent IQ - small firm out of SF with Financial Services exp Need someone with excellent written and verbal communication skill Strong Agile Experience Needed Strong Financial Services/Banking experience Well organized and able to manage multiple initiatives and Priorities all at once 2 rounds of interviews Contract is through November with 1 year extension Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Chatbot Program Manager to join our team. As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation, enhancement, and ongoing management of our digital chatbot project. Your primary focus will be on program management, vendor management, and product strategy to ensure the continuous improvement and success of the chatbot. Responsibilities: 1. Program Management: Manage the overall digital chatbot program, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project milestones and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of the chatbot project. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports. Identify and mitigate risks and issues, and proactively address any challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle. 2. Vendor Management: Collaborate closely with the vendor(s) responsible for the chatbot platform to ensure smooth operations, adherence to project requirements, and timely delivery of enhancements. Establish strong relationships with vendors, manage vendor contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met. Monitor vendor performance, evaluate their capabilities, and provide feedback for continuous improvement. 3. Product Strategy and Enhancement: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the chatbot project, aligned with the organization's objectives. Continuously enhance the chatbot's content, self-service capabilities, and user experience to improve customer satisfaction and achieve business goals. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to chatbots and AI to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage. 4. Communication and Collaboration: Possess strong communication and writing skills to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with the Data and Analytics team to gather insights and make data-driven decisions to prioritize enhancements and maximize the chatbot's impact. Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. 5. Agile Methodology: Apply Agile principles and methodologies to manage the chatbot project effectively. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. Adapt and iterate the project plan based on feedback, changing business needs, and emerging opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business) or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience in program management, vendor management, and product strategy, preferably in the context of digital chatbot projects. Strong communication and writing skills to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working with data and analytics teams to make data-driven decisions and prioritize enhancements. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results. Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
