Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-stack Lead/Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Full-stack Lead/Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C#, .NET Core, Web API, SQL Server, and Azure Services, with additional knowledge of React as an added advantage. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design software solutions, and develop high-quality code. Develop and maintain backend applications using C#, .NET Core, Web API, and SQL Server. Integrate with various Azure services, such as Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure App Service, etc., to build scalable and reliable cloud-based solutions. Implement front-end components using React and ensure a seamless user experience. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with team members to review code, provide constructive feedback, and participate in code reviews. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues in a timely manner. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Participate in Agile/Scrum development methodologies and actively contribute to sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core for backend development. Experience developing RESTful Web API services. Solid understanding of SQL Server and database design principles. Familiarity with Azure Services, such as Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure App Service, etc. Proficiency in front-end development using React is highly desired. Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries like Bootstrap or Material UI. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate technical concepts. Experience with version control systems, such as Git. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of cloud platforms other than Azure (e.g., AWS or Google Cloud). Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of microservices architecture. Knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools. Experience with performance optimization and scalability techniques.
