Summary The Temp is responsible for managing day-to-day elements of the point-of-sale and business applications running in the collection of SalonCentric Stores. The point-of-sale application, GK OmniPOS, will be supported along with its necessary integrations. POS hardware, SAP HANA and ERP analysis will be in the scope of this role. The temp will provide supplementary support for other systems in the store and for new initiatives. Essential Duties Monitor GK-related back-end components such as Store Manager, Store Device Control, and Mobile Workbench, and provide logging when needed. Monitor and ensure all services, processes and interfaces are running to maintain a flawless customer experience within the omnichannel processes. Work with interfacing IT systems to ensure maintenance schedules are understood and coordinated with the retail operations teams so that there is minimal impact on the retail stores.
