This is a 6+ month contract. Position Description: Demonstrate an advanced understanding of identity governance Support IAM platform with Saviynt (similar to sailpoint) Monitor all IAM activities, ticketing, administration. etc Troubleshoot Saviynt application provisioning Responsible for continuous improvement and automation of account access provisioning. Handle incident and problem resolution, automation and manual. Have an eye for optimization and tuning. Will work on business as usual projects while other resources work on new builds. Required Skills: 3+ years of relevant professional experience and advanced knowledge of Azure AD with user group experience and Power Experience supporting an enterprise environment Prior work with identity providers, okta, ping or cyberark Understanding of the basics of idenity governance Familiarity with Saviynt or advanced understanding of Sailpoint with ability to learn quickly (will be trained on saviynt) Prior experience managing products within Azure AD Fantastic communication skills Bonus Skills: Experience supporting within a large retail environment, strongly preferred Looking forward to work with you!
