| From: Karthik abaka, Yochana [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Software System Integration Engineer (Verification & Validation) Location: Wilton, CT, USA (Day one Onsite) Working hours: Second Shift: 2PM-10 PM EST Test automation - Python and C++ Embedded is preferred (more from testing & quick bug fix perspective) Experience with one scripting language- Python, Bash, Perl, etc. Experience with version control software svn, git, etc. (preferred not mandatory) Experience with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Ability to troubleshoot Embedded SW issues and collect system logs , Interpret the results Experience in semiconductor equipment development a plus. Fast learner, highly motivated, engagement with the team & good communication skills. Support for integration Set and maintain test environment for integration including bringing up the system, installing software and required patches Define, execute, review and document test plan Document, review and maintain test execution results Log issues in agreed channel of communication with appropriate data as needed To have regular alignment with SDev, EDev, MDev, functional for sharing and updating integration work Be in close proximity of lab / cleanrooms to help with hardware support for integration Support with debugging, recovery of test environment Any other integration related work as needed by SDev / functional team Support for software development: Design, implement, test and deliver software code to provide solutions for bug fixes and improvements Create required patches based on applicable development environment (e.g. Clearcase , Git) Own and maintain documentation / wiki space to show status of test environment (e.g. Patch stack, SW release version etc) Ensure all Jira work items for integration work have details for issue description and traceability links Expertise required: C, C++ and Python 47 Agile software development methodology Jira Polarion Bitbucket (BOA) Github Clearcase ATTEST Wilton Test Framework MTEST (testdoubles framework) Keywords: cprogramm cplusplus microsoft Connecticut |
