Help other IT members troubleshoot applications and systems. Help junior network members with assigned tasks while providing informal training. Research and implement network solutions. Mandatory Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience; Minimum of 5 years of IT work experience with demonstrated knowledge in architecture design, software development, database management systems and systems integration in multi-platform environments. Experience configuring routers, routing protocols, switches, and firewalls.
