| MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF STATE CLIENT EXPERIENCE Title: Healthcare Business Analyst ( Medicaid Modernization PROJECT ) Location: Austin Texas The worker will work remotely 4 days in a week and a day at the office (Tuesdays). Exp: Minimum 12+ Years Must SKILLS: Healthcare BA/Technical Writer (both must) with testing, Medicaid Modernization, MS Project, and Agile Experience Only Texas Candidates NOTE: Candidate Must Have Strong Healthcare - Medicaid project Expereince with Any State Clients ( 2-3 Projects ) Visa: USC, GC, GC EAD, H4EAD NOTE: Candidates must be local to the State of Texas, preferably the Austin metro area. Out of State candidates will be screened out. Minimum Requirements: Experience in performing complex business analysis and writing technical documentation. Experience utilizing business analysis skills and interacting with business end users to gather, validate and document business requirements and translate into technical solutions to satisfy the business needs to technical staff. Experience performing review and approval processes of complex technical user and system requirements written by vendors. Experience in effective general written/oral communication, including documenting requirements, deliverables, test scenarios and project status. Experience with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Teams, Word, Excel, etc.). Experience coordinating and developing test plans/strategies, exit criteria and test scenarios. Experience executing detailed test cases within a complex software environment. Experience using testing management software. Experience reporting project status to management including risks, issues, and key decisions. Experience identifying project risks and issues; and developing/implementing mitigation strategies. Experience with Microsoft Project or similar project management software. Experience utilizing the Agile software development methodology.
