Job Title: Senior Java Full Stack Developer Client: Cognizant/Fannie Mae Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid Onsite)- only locals Duration: Long Term Contract Experience: 10+ years Top 3 Must Haves: 1 .Java 2. Angular 3. AWS Job Description: 10+ years of Core Java development experience, familiar with Java 7 or higher. Experience with java development and aware of java patterns. Experience in Spring Boot uses for development. Experience of development project and developed functionalities using java, j2ee. Experience on Angular 2+ development. Must have AWS experience. AWS services (S3, SQS, SNS,ECS, Lambda, AWS Cloud watch etc.) Experience on AWS deployed application. Experience on Oracle or Postgres or DynamoDB to perform SQL. Agile/scrum development experience. Good collaboration and communication skills. Ready to learn new technologies and perform POC on it. Ability to diagnose prod issues and defects. Java/Java EE/Spring microservice API development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing Serverless deployment automation and CI/CD patterns knowledge (like AWS Serverless Application Model, AWS Amplify etc.) Designing, developing and delivering high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems Write well designed, testable, efficient code Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and communicating these for architectural review Strong understanding of Java 8, Microservices, Spring-boot, API Development and AWS Proficient in Core Java /J2EE technologies & Spring framework Hands-on experience in the development of RESTFUL web services & spring boot based microservices Should be aware of CICD tools like Jenkins, Docker etc Knowledge of commonly used IDEs like Eclipse etc. and UNIX scripts.
