| From: John Joseph, IDC Technologies [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi Partners, Please Share the profiles for the Below JD Position:- Sr. Network Voice Engineer Location:- Frisco, TX (Remote) Rate - 57$ max Certification: CCIE is Mandatory Mandatory Skills Cisco CaaS experience & High to Mid-level Vertical experience Design, engineer, configure, implement, modify, maintain Unified Communication Audio, Video technologies, Cisco Networking technologies including Cisco CaaS experience, High to Mid-level Vertical experience, and Microsoft Teams. Lead the efforts required to solve for, architect, implement and operate new UC solutions and technologies into the enterprise, and ensure collaborative environment is highly available and functions as a mission critical service. Drive process improvement, deliver efficiency, and provide specifications of existing UC architecture to which solutions are defined, managed, and delivered. Assist with the planning, securing, and forecasting of Enterprise UC initiatives across the enterprise. Define and create a well-organized quality UC system architectures that will promote reliability and ease of maintenance. Lead the integration and interoperability of UC with multiple applications and platforms. Provide support and assistance in UC fault isolation and performance management processes as requested. Design and implement monitoring and reporting that exposes quality metrics necessary to measure the performance and effectiveness of Enterprise UC services, and to support decisions for continuous improvements. Provide real-time assistance to UC Engineers and Technicians and troubleshooting efforts in an on-demand function. Maintain and update skillset as it relates to what are coming trends in UC technologies and methods of delivering a future-focused collaborative environment. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical artifacts pertaining to the design, standards, implementation, assessment, and analysis of Enterprise UC services. Provide training, webinars, whitepapers as necessary to customers and on demand. Develop and maintain UC architecture diagrams.
