Data aggregation, analysis, and reporting experience using Medicaid Management Information systems (MMIS), Medicaid or Commercial Health Care administrative claims and encounters, provider and eligibility data, or other large and complex Health Care data sources. 4. Understanding of healthcare management to prepare operational reporting and/or performance dashboards to improve decision making and provide analytical insight for the division. 5. Ability to work with division staff to assess and understand reporting needs; design, develop and execute appropriate solutions. Perform statistical analysis to explore and solve complex business problems. 6. Experience using technical specifications to develop reports and advanced analytics for state and national healthcare utilization, standards of care and quality of care measures and program oversight. 7. Proven ability to manage client data requests including timelines; experienced with discerning requirements for analysis, hands-on design and development as well as excellent communication skills.
