In Cohesity Qualification / Skills Required: 10+ years experience supporting storage infrastructure in a highly available, fault-tolerant enterprise environment. In-depth knowledge of engineering, administering, and supporting NetApp and Pure Storage systems Prior experience with NetApp Data ONTAP, NetApp NAS, and NetApp Storage Grid Hands-on experience with enterprise SAN (Storage Area Network) management to include capabilities and technologies such as Fiber Channel zoning, FCoE (Fiber Channel over Ethernet) unified fabric, storage controllers, and LUN (Logical Unit Number), RAID (Redundant Array of Independent Disks), and file sharing / NAS (Network Addressable Storage). Working knowledge of Virtualization technologies and disaster recovery strategies. Ability to identify areas of improvement, articulate the challenge, and plan and execute the necessary changes. Ability to gather and analyze data to make informed decisions on the infrastructure. Experience supporting a storage infrastructure in Windows and Linux Server environments. Practical knowledge of SSL Certificates Experience with Cohesity clusters would be a huge plus. Duties: Responsible for the maintenance and support of Storage infrastructure, including vulnerability remediation, configuration management, capacity management, provisioning, and zoning of new servers. Configure, administer, tune, and optimize NetApp storage arrays. Serves as technical subject matter expert for the resolution of issues related to Storage and Compute infrastructure. Establish/maintain metrics and detailed reporting of backups, storage, and fabric capacity and utilization. Perform capacity planning related to storage growth and system utilization, trend analysis, and producing future storage requirement inputs for technology refresh. Play an active role in Enterprise Service Management including alerts, incidents, service requests, and change management requests related to storage/backup. Ensure the environment is properly monitored and maintained. Maintain and develop documentation necessary to manage the infrastructure.
