Job Role- Informatica MDM Practitioner Location- (Remote) Duration- Long Term Contract 9+ yrs (5 yrs min. relevant) Must have strong in informatica, MDM Migration exp: SAP HANA Key Responsibilities: Lead Informatica MDM implementations across material, customer, and vendor domains, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives. Develop, manage, and optimize data models based on business requirements. Align with the parallel ERP team as they migrate to S4 HANA, ensuring dependencies are considered. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and constraints and translate these into technical requirements. Work closely with the IT team to develop and implement MDM strategies and solutions that enhance supply chain operations. Ensure that all MDM solutions adhere to data governance and quality standards. Conduct regular reviews and audits of data models and MDM solutions to ensure their effectiveness and adherence to industry best practices. Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and workshops to improve understanding and usability of MDM solutions among business users. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in MDM implementation, specifically with Informatica. Solid understanding of MDM best practices and industry standards across material, customer, and vendor domains. Proven experience in creating and managing data models. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes in the CPG industry. Excellent understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate them into technical specifications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts in a business-friendly language. Desired Skills: Experience in MDM design and architecture. SAP S4 HANA Knowledge of and experience with other data management tools and technologies. Experience working in an agile environment. Track record of managing and delivering large-scale IT projects.
