PAY RATE- $50 C2C. Job Summary: Test SAP Pre-configured Fit-to-Standard system to ensure alignment with SAP SuccessFactors processes and best practices. Perform system walkthrough/demo as part of Global Process Design. Will be responsible for working with the larger HCM project team including customers and a third-party SI to Plan design workshops, conduct system demonstrations, educate the customer on SF functionality, conduct workshops and document requirements. Skills: Senior Consultant (Minimum SAP Experience 3-6 Years) Business Process, HR process understanding Implementation experience on SF Onboarding with client facing role Worked on Integration with Recruiting & Onboarding Should have knowledge of onboarding form set up in provisioning Knowledge of Role Based Permission for Onboarding, Offboarding & Cross boarding Configured and deploy Onboarding process definition Knowledge of Activate methodology & documentation.
