Role: Release Train Engineer (RTE)

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Day1 Onsite)

JD:
Co-ordinate and drive all other scrum masters in the ART towards the goals set collectively
Work with teams in the ART to prioritize features to be considered in a given PI Planning cycle.
Responsible for organizing and driving SAFe events like ART synch up, Demos, Workshops, Backlog
refinement3. Collaborate with the product manager to ensure that the program has a healthy
product backlog
Assist the ART in communication and coordination with stakeholders and customers during
feature definition and delivery
Enable effective communication among teams and coordinate planning quarterly
Manage changes to the ART PI plan
Drive Cross team collaboration in the ART and resolve impediments and other issues
Foster open communication between the teams and stakeholders to increase transparency and
awareness towards progress and roadblock
Manage program level coordinate and effectively undertake tasks like setting milestones, cadence
of PI 's and release.
Coaching and training teams on Agility
Senior executive level reporting of program progress
Advocate the adoption of Agile and SAFe best practices and processes
