Job Role: Microsoft System Support Analyst Location: Remote EST only Visa: USC, GC only Job Description: We are looking for a seasoned Microsoft Systems Support Analyst to take on a key supporting role within our team. The successful candidate will be the primary contact for end-user requests related to access, configuration, and documentation of enterprise business systems. This includes providing technical support for client configuration setups for various software and tools used by other departments. Although knowledge of CAD software is not essential, a strong understanding of Windows, Windows servers, domains, permissions, and Windows-based networking is vital. Key Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary contact for end-user requests related to Microsoft systems. 2. Provide technical support for client configuration setups for various departmental tools and applications. 3. Manage Microsoft server administration tasks in support of various applications, including CAD software. 4. Oversee configuration changes, documentation, and system testing for enterprise business systems, with an emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dynamics CE. 5. Collaborate with vendors on support escalations and coordinate user requirements for systems. 6. Work closely with end users to define and map out business requirements, ensuring they are followed through to completion. 7. Attend project meetings, implement business applications, perform system testing, and handle new task assignments from projects. 8. Handle system go-lives, which may require working non-standard hours or weekends to bring systems online or transition to new systems. Key Skills & Competencies: 1. Strong Windows administration experience. 2. Proven experience in business application support, preferably with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CE. 3. Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation. 4. Flexibility to work in different time zones and adjust schedules to meet project requirements. 5. Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks related to project-based work, including system design and testing. Job Requirements: - A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role. - The ability to work remotely and adjust schedules to meet project requirements. - A solid technical foundation in Windows administration, business application support, and technical documentation. - Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Dynamics CE is strongly preferred.
