From: Ben, Heliogic Tech [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job:Hyland OnBase Admins Dallas, TX Hybrid Duration: 6+ Months Job Responsibilities: he position of OnBase System Administrator is to assist in design, creation, deployment, and maintenance of OnBase modules & workflows. Developing a deep understanding of business processes and IT environment, including access to APIs, Windows File Server setup, data within the database, understanding requirements for submitting data to OnBase via API and receiving information from OnBase as return payload. Integration with team members and IT partners to manage collective effort and achieve strategic goals. The OnBase Administrator will drive the improvement of processes and system usage within the company and implement programs that will have long-term benefits. Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and OnBase application requirements Understanding multiple areas of hospital systems, including business/clinical information systems and technological aspects that affect the organization Perform system upgrades, patches, and installations to ensure the system is up to date and running smoothly Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to end users Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system workflows, permissions, and security settings Maintain and support the operation of the OnBase solutions. Support installation of the solution. Facilitate changes to the application utilizing OnBase Configurator. Assist with testing and migration of OnBase changes on development, SIT, UAT and Production environments. Develop and/or assist with the development of appropriate test strategies, test plans and scripts, and related documentation. Assist in the creation of test plans and perform functional, regression, and integration testing associated with changes made to OnBase as part of the Service Delivery Program. Document defects and review, evaluate, prioritize, and resolve OnBase software issues reported during testing Work with Hyland Software for technical support as needed. Conduct and/or assist with quality assurance/control activities, including software testing and quality reviews of requirements, test plans, design specifications, and code. Provide OnBase and OnBase custom integration technical support to Customer. e.g. assisting testers, etc. Provide documentation to Customer of changes performed to OnBase Workflow configurations and conduct knowledge transfer of developed work units to technical staff. Assist with discovery and documentation of business requirements for OnBase solutions. Validate technical specifications and infrastructure requirements with the OnBase solution engineer. Assist with end user training. Responding to questions concerning product capabilities. Planning future growth of the OnBase solutions Leadership Provide leadership, expertise, and solutions on complex initiatives including all projects and maintenance work Be capable of making independent decisions Mentor others and represent management at times Take leadership role on highly complex projects and provide guidance to less experienced staff Keywords: information technology Texas |
