| Role: Sr. Java Solutions Architect ( Telecom ) Location: Denver, CO (DAY 1 ONSITE) Duration: 12 Months Experience : 10+ Years Job Description: Create functional and application architecture designs to support MVNO business strategies. Participate in program planning to review business features and technical enablers for roadmap projects and programs. Work with the impacted application cross-functional teams in the development of the technical components/frameworks necessary to support the application solution for MVNO capabilities. Understand strategic architectural design principles & patterns; incorporate them into solution design, ensuring integrity & minimizing deviation from strategic architecture vision. Actively involved in all phases of the delivery lifecycle from intake through implementation, ensuring the solution is complete, consistent with the architecture blueprint, and free of rework. Actively drives the development of solutions, business requirements analysis, requirement specification, and project solution documentation following established methodologies and templates. Collaborate with delivery teams, business leads, product managers, and vendor partners in gathering requirements and engineering comprehensive, cost-effective solution that meets functional and non-functional expectations. Facilitate and lead requirements analysis and joint applications design working sessions; analyzes to assess solution components, impacted components, and integration points. Ability to quickly learn components & system interaction in a complex environment without training. Drive the collection of LOEs at various levels of precision across disparate development teams Ability to work within a timebox to deliver concurrent projects. Effectively document, represent & communicate solution options to stakeholders. Effectively present solutions; justify & defend recommendations. Specific Requirements for Senior Solutions Architect: Must have proven system development or integration experience with multiple client relationships. Experience providing solutions and services to major wireless carriers, including business transformation, migrations, business process optimization, enterprise technology integration, full software development life cycle, cloud solutions, solution and data architecture, managed services, and offshore development. Provide solution architecture services for Operation Support System (OSS). Excellent experience in data flow and integration across all layers of the enterprise system. Onsite in Denver Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred 10+ years of experience in large-scale telecom software development or technology delivery. Strong written and verbal communication skills Working experience with Jira and Jira Aligned preferred Hands-on solution design experience with microservices, API, Java, AWS Cloud Solutions, Kafka, API Gateway, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, and RabbitMQ.
