Experience on business side as well as IT. Must be able to run workshops and interface between IT and the business. Take the administrative duties off the PM. Process modeling, capture requirements, proper documentation and consistent. Upgrading Maximo Plant Maintenance software to version 8.0 and needs to design and implement Serialization across their enterprise to replace multiple dissimilar processes. Client has Serialization in place in multiple locations but the process is not standardized. We are looking for a Maximo BA who has worked on an enterprise wide Serialization process for Maximo. Work will be hybrid, on-site in preferred and required for kickoff.
