Proven experience (10+ years) as an SAP EWM Consultant with a successful track record of implementing SAP EWM solutions. Experience with other logistics-related SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD) is beneficial Strong expertise in SAP EWM functionalities, including warehouse structure, inbound/outbound processes, warehouse order creation, storage control, RF framework, and yard management. In-depth knowledge of integration between SAP EWM and other SAP modules, such as SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA. Proficiency in SAP EWM configuration and customization to meet specific business requirements. Experience in data migration, master data setup, and understanding of data migration tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical and functional issues. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and convey complex technical concepts to non-technical users. Project management skills to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and deliver projects within deadlines. SAP EWM certification is a plus. Key Responsibilities: SAP EWM Implementation: Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP EWM implementation projects, including project planning, scoping, requirement gathering, system design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live activities. Solution Design: Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and requirements, and design SAP EWM solutions that align with industry best practices. Configuration and Customization: Configure SAP EWM system settings to meet specific business needs, and develop custom enhancements as required. Integration Management: Ensure smooth integration of SAP EWM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA), third-party applications, and external systems. Testing and Validation: Plan, execute, and support system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to validate the functionality and performance of SAP EWM solutions. User Training and Support: Conduct user training sessions to familiarize end-users with SAP EWM functionalities. Provide post-implementation support and assist in resolving issues and incidents related to SAP EWM. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for SAP EWM configurations, custom developments, and system processes. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP EWM trends and advancements. Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions. Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes within budget and schedule.
