Retail is not a must but a nice to have. GENERAL PURPOSE: Briefly summarize the overall purpose of the position. This is a short explanation of the jobs primary purpose and functions. Manager is responsible for supervising day to day Patch Management, Vulnerability Remediation and Technology Operations compliance activities. Responsibilities of this position include: Collaborate and negotiate with internal and external teams to resolve problems to meet schedules Monitor, understand and approve changes impacting IT systems and infrastructure Partner with IGRC and portfolio teams to influence patching and remediation compliance Serve as a functional and/or technical expert in one or more disciplines Oversee IT Audit compliance adherence and engage with external and internal auditors, providing evidence and reports Conduct analysis of existing patching and vulnerability remediation processes for improvement opportunities Bring forth innovative concepts, providing efficiency opportunities Create weekly CAB Prep report, represent team during weekly CAB prep and CAB meetings ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: List the core duties or tasks that are fundamental to the performance of the job. Supervise patch scheduling and vulnerability remediation activities, incident management, issue resolution and Change Control reviews Assist with interpretation of the IT strategy and align resources to meet strategic goals Manage existing audit compliance processes (internal and external) and engage with external and internal auditors, providing artifact, feedback and tracking remediation of audit findings Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to make recommendation to improve IT processes and procedures Maintain stability and quality ensuring operational standards and processes are followed and support documents are kept current Review and approve patching and remediation changes, ensuring timely submission and tracking post-approval progress, calling out any changes in danger of missing the planned end date Facilitate weekly remediation status meetings, providing agenda content in advance and comprehensive meeting minutes COMPETENCIES: List 4-8 competencies for the position. At least 6-8 years IT experience At least 4+ years of supervisory or project management experience and implementing company initiatives/goals. Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience Experience in providing guidance to associates according to established policies and leadership guidance. Experience supporting server patching and vulnerability remediation across technological platforms (preferred) Technical experience using Microsoft office and O365 suite (including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project and MS Word) Proven analytical and report development skills Technical experience with ServiceNow Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB modules (preferred) Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools such as Qualys and Kenna (preferred) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA: Please include any additional physical requirements below the standard requirements (including any travel, lifting, pushing, or pulling) Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person and/or virtual meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc. Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.
