Provide technical oversight for delivering services from Azure and Office 365 based on industry best practices and industry standards. Represent Azure architecture and Office 365 configurations in IT roadmaps, policies and service offerings Manage production and development environments ensuring system and service availability. Always thinking "What happens if this fails" when you build things Responsible for designing and administering recovery and monitoring solutions across the Azure and Office 365 platform(s) that align to business continuity objectives or as outlined by our business partners requirements. Provides guidance and thought leadership on the availability of technology (upcoming, core, deprecated) across the Azure and the Office 365 platform(s) and provides input on the technology's operation, design and engineering. Provide recommendations on technology that align with our strategic objectives. Maintain and update CMDB, architectural reference material, run books, best practice documentation, and procedures.
