This is IMAC role, it is 95% hardware related. Imaging laptops, getting laptops and monitors and needed gear for remote users packed to ship out, receiving returned equipment, updating asset records, etc. Responsible for imaging computers for new joiners (employees/contractors), preparing shipments, receiving returned equipment, updating asset disposition in the ServiceNow system, etc. Candidates must have knowledge of information technology desktop support (mostly hardware and some software), each candidate must have an understanding of troubleshooting procedures and the ability to develop troubleshooting practices. Candidates must have the ability to communicate clearly whether written or verbal and at all times be able to interact with end-users in an effective and professional manner. This position will also help support managing equipment inventory, sending and receiving equipment. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Minimum education level required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the field required Specific types of experience or skills required: Windows 10 Ticketing management Tools (ServiceNow - preferred) Hardware (IBM and HP) Wireless conference room technology Physical Requirement: Must be able to unbox, lift, move, carry from 25 - 40 lbs.
