Senior Oracle fusion HR Data Analyst

Duration: 6 months

Location: Remote, anywhere in EST or CSTtime zones only

Note: Must have strong commskills with good LinkedIn account. Must have HR Data experience, in severaldifferent mediums. Definitely Oracle Fusion. HR system experience like Peoplesoft and Bamboo HR. HR Data is the huge focus. HR AND Data focused, a true HR data analystthat works with Oracle fusion and other softwares like workday or peoplesoft.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior PeopleData Analyst III to join our dynamic team. As a

People Data Analyst III, you will play a critical role indriving data-driven decision-making and

providing valuable insights to optimize our HR strategiesand initiatives. Your expertise in data

analysis, statistical modeling, and HR domain knowledge willbe instrumental in improving

organizational performance, employee experience, and talentmanagement processes.

EducationRequirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources,Statistics, Data Science, Business

Analytics, or a related field.

Work Experience Requirements:

Proven experience (5 years) as an HR Data Analyst orsimilar role, preferably in a senior

capacity.

Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualizationtools, such as Excel, OTBI, BIP, Oracle

SQL Developer, OEM, Toad, Python, R, or similar platforms.

In-depth knowledge of HR metrics, talent managementprocesses, and HR best practices.

Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) and dataextraction techniques.

Solid understanding of statistical concepts and experiencewith predictive modeling

techniques.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

deeper insights and meaning.

Ability to effectively analyze and synthesize largeamounts of complex data into relevant

insights.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, andmanage multiple projects concurrently.

Ability to manage ambiguity, risk and changing directionof projects and strategies with ability

Data Analysis andReporting:

Gather, clean, and analyze large sets of HR data fromvarious sources, including HRIS, payroll

systems, performance management tools, and employee surveys.

Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends,patterns, and correlations in employee

data to support HR strategy development and decision-making.

Create comprehensive HR reports and dashboards thatvisualize key metrics and KPIs, such as

turnover rates, employee engagement, performanceevaluations, diversity, and other relevant

HR indicators.

Provide regular and ad hoc data analysis to support HRleadership in making informed

decisions.

Predictive Modeling and Forecasting:

Develop predictive models to anticipate workforce trends,attrition, and talent needs, enabling

proactive HR planning and recruitment strategies.

Utilize predictive analytics to identify potential issuesrelated to employee retention,

performance, and overall HR effectiveness.

HR Strategy and Process Improvement:

Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunitiesfor enhancing HR

processes, policies, and programs through data insights.

Contribute to the design and implementation of data-drivenHR strategies that align with the

organization's goals and promote a positive employeeexperience.

Monitor the effectiveness of HR initiatives and recommendimprovements based on datadriven analysis.

Data Integrity and Security:

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality inall HR data and reporting processes.

Implement and maintain data governance practices to complywith relevant regulations and

safeguard sensitive HR information.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

Mentor and support junior HR analysts in data analysistechniques and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HRBP,Talent Acquisition, Learning &

Development, and Compensation & Benefits, to providedata-driven insights and support their

initiatives.
