Manage the entire procurement process, including requisitioning, sourcing, purchasing, and receiving of goods and services. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Monitor procurement performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Procurement Contracts Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of procurement contracts, including drafting, negotiation, and execution. Collaborate with legal and business stakeholders to ensure contract terms and conditions align with organizational requirements. Maintain a centralized repository of contracts and related documentation. Monitor contract compliance, renewals, and amendments. Identify and mitigate contract-related risks. Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Evaluate supplier performance and conduct supplier assessments to drive continuous improvement. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to optimize value and mitigate risks. Monitor supplier compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements. System Administration and Support: Provide technical expertise and support for the Oracle S2P suite, including system configurations, enhancements, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades and integrations with other enterprise systems. Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure efficient utilization of the Oracle S2P system. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Strong knowledge and experience with Oracle Source to Pay (S2P) suite, specifically in procurement contracts management. In-depth understanding of procurement processes, best practices, and relevant regulations. Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and contract lifecycle management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and drive change. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in system administration and support for Oracle S2P or similar procurement systems is preferred.
