Configuring fault tolerance and Load balancing. Performance tuning parameters. Troubleshooting on deployment issues. Configuring hawk alerts. Performing DR Test. Align with customers requirements and expectations. Good knowledge of UNIX. Experience working with Vendors on product troubleshooting. Must be customer oriented, able to interact with different teams, vendors, and a good team player Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be willing to work in a 24*7 production support environment.
