Responsibilities: Gather requirements for inbound and outbound integrations between client systems and Optum Medicaid Management Services (OMMS) Partner closely with client SMEs to define requirements for integrations. Develop, present and obtain approval from client for Interface Specification Document deliverable. Ensure that the specification document is clear, comprehensive and thorough. Works closely with development team and testing team to ensure through and common understanding of the Interface Specification Document Proactively identify potential challenges in development and/or testing and work closely with team to address the challenges. Manage interface Rally features and user stories creation, grooming, buildout, and testing. Serve as the integrations SME in supporting RFP process and oral presentations Mentor team members and create a positive, nurturing environment Work closely with the Conversion team to ensure alignment for post go-live interfaces Contribute to integration processes, tools, templates and methodologies to ensure consistency and predictability across implementations Continually enhance deliverable and work product templates Required: Bachelors degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, related field 7+ years working as Integrations Analyst in healthcare setup 7+ years of experience with relational database management systems and ETL tools 5+ years of experience with creating new web services and consuming clients existing web services 5+ years of experience with specifications and technologies such as EDI, SOAP, REST, JSON and XML Experience developing written documentation in clear, concise formats and when needed presenting/communicating changes Experience with EXCEL (must be able to create spreadsheets, link between cells, create formulas, Vlookup with very minimal supervision) Experience working with a variety of team members/peers/distributed team members.
