Maintain, Support and Monitor Control-M Jobs. Problem management and root cause analysis and fixture of long running and failed jobs. Cleanup of Control-M jobs by disabling obsolete interfaces with coordination of respective teams. Comprehensive health checks twice a day. Work with KSOX/SOX/audit teams and follow documented procedures and policies for compliance. Maintenance activities like Upgrades/patching, Install agents, adaptors/connectors as required. Exp on L1,L2 and L 3 level Support 8 to 10 yrs of Exp.
