Their organization utilizes a hybrid approach to delivery so this position will be best filled by someone who's highly skilled in Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Required Skills: Data Lake, Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Risk, Delivery Job Duties: -Manage software/hardware development projects to ensure quality, on time, within budget delivery from requirement definition through testing, rollout, and support -Perform project planning and sizing activities, identify resource requirements, and oversee a team capable of producing specified deliverables -Perform work breakdown and task identification, assign tasks to project resources, track progress on assigned tasks, and manage the assembly of completed tasks into coherent deliverables -Create and maintain an information technology project plan that communicates tasks, milestone dates, status, and resource allocation -Identify and communicate major milestones and risks to achieving those milestones in a positive manner -Partner with Executive Stakeholders to build consensus -Perform technical liaison functions to all clients/customers -Work and associate with Quality Assurance Team to meet quality standards -Assist technical team in design and development tasks Job Requirements: 5+ years experiencing manager complex IT projects - both hardware and software Relevant Experience with ERP or Data Warehouse / Data Lake Proven expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies Education: Associate's Degree but Bachelor's preferred Communication scaling: must have great executive presence in speaking with c-suite folks and in steering team committees and in the next meeting be able to talk tech with the engineers and architects Desired Skills & Experience or Certifications: PMP/PMI, Agile (both STRONGLY preferred but not necessary) Keywords: cprogramm information technology http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=455369&uid= |
