Strong experience in managing Linux based Mail Security Appliances. Excellent troubleshooting & analytical skills on Exchange Server (On-Prem/Online) and end-user mail issues Strong experience in handling L2 and L3 incidents and Change Management on Exchange and Outlook related issues. Strong experience in PowerShell scripting. Experience on Email Routing, Email filtering/protection Experience on handling high priority issues including VIP users and escalated issues Expertise in Large Exchange mailbox environment (~100,000 mailboxes) management with complex exchange email routing systems Understanding on Hybrid and Migration scenarios Expertise on Microsoft Outlook and Outlook for MAC Knowledge of Message Header Analysis Email Security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Spamscore etc.) Autodiscover concepts Good to have - Experience with Windows, AD, Group Policy, Azure AD. Hybrid concepts (config, mail-flow, connectors, free/busy etc.) Email threats (spoof, spam, phishing, impersonate etc.) Experience on Email Security Appliance and configuration.
