Title: Technical Project Manager Location: Basking Ridge, NJ - Remote Duration: 6 months plus Responsibilities Lead project meetings, including but not limited to project kickoff and any project coordination meetings. Identify, analyze, and address project risks, and actively share lessons learned. Pivotal role ensuring continuous communication with the project team, the customer, other key internal stakeholders and related vendors. Data interpretation and presentation story telling including the ability to draw conclusions/make recommendations from the data results into actionable insights Maintain and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and strong attention to quality control Requirement - Minimum of 7 to 10 years of quantitative CX experience; some supplier/vendor-side experience required Strong project management skills with cross-functional partners Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Must be able to create questionnaires, sample design, analytical plans and create custom story-telling style analytical reports - Must have the ability to deliver the so what in reporting, with foresight into implications of recommendations to clients (e.g., change management, communication, investment required) - Experience with platform technology that enables CX insights and activation.
