Job Title: Technical Lead - Java/ Python/ AWS **FULLY REMOTE** Job Summary: We are seeking a Tech Lead who leads the Java team at onsite and is responsible for RPS IVR enhancements. Ideal candidate will be a Tech lead who is technically strong in Java and REST API services. She/He should be able to analyze, design solutions and help deliver code from the team. She/He should be knowledgeable on Agile frameworks and should be hands on. She/He should be capable of coordinating with Business and other stakeholders. Developers should be technically strong in Java/ Python/ AWS and should have hands-on in AD projects. Associates should have hands-on experience in Java, Spring, Python (FastAPI) and AWS. He/ She should have experience of building REST API using Java / Python. Top 3 Must Haves: 1. Java/REST API 2. Python 3. AWS Required Skills: Core Java, Java, REST API, Python, AWS, CI/CD Roles & Responsibilities: He/she is responsible for Analysis, Coding, Unit testing, System testing and UAT support and Implementation. Should have basic Agile knowledge. Ability to Design, develop and implement components of a work package / project as per client requirements and create a fault tolerant code. Write unit test cases for the specific unit of code and update knowledge assets. Understanding of dev ops principles of CI/CD, ability to use build and packaging tools to complete the work product WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF delivering high quality project deliverables and user experience WITHIN THE LIMITS OF delivery timelines, security, quality and performance guidelines.
