Oracle Cloud Retail Product Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud retail products and cloud data storage, including CE, OB, SIOCS, Xstore v20 , mobile solutions, etc. Order Broker Implementation: Hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Order Broker, enabling seamless order management and fulfilment across various channels. Customer Engagement Implementation: Understanding of customer engagement strategies and experience in leveraging Oracle Cloud retail products to enhance customer experiences. Xstore Implementation: Experience in implementing Xstore v20 , including configuration, customization, and integration with other retail modules. Knowledge of strategies and best practices to upgrade existing version to v22 in the field. Business Process Analysis: Proficient in analysing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement or optimization, and creating clear, comprehensive functional specifications as the foundation for system design and implementation. Integration Expertise: Knowledge of integrating Oracle Cloud retail solutions with other systems and applications, ensuring smooth data flow and process synchronization. Inventory Management Expertise: In-depth understanding of inventory management principles, including forecasting, replenishment, and stock control.
