Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet their needs. Participate in the testing and implementation of ServiceNow upgrades. Qualifications: Must have at least 2 years of strong / current experience in delivering CSM implementations including building integrations Proficient in JavaScript HTML and ServiceNow development best practices.
