The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in US-based Software development projects. This is a proactive, leadership position. A stellar candidate should be comfortable managing projects and communicating effectively with leadership. Day 1 Onsite Dallas TX Responsibilities include: Help manage development team using Agile methodology and scrum practices Create development tickets for client customization, and new feature builds with appropriate acceptance criteria Design and evaluate creative solutions for client customizations Communicating directly with the Implementation Team to clarify customer requirements and issues Analyze, facilitate, model, and organize information to reconcile conflicts Manage sprint process to accomplish the priorities set by the Director of Product Management Work with the Implementation Team, translating customer requirements into technical tasks Ensure technical tasks are completed in a timely manner and roadblocks are removed Drive the team to deliver on features prioritized by the product owner Conduct all agile ceremonies to facilitate productive output (sprint planning, retrospective, DSM, etc) Ensure sprints are properly scoped and estimated; be responsible for making sure the team delivers what it committed to in each sprint; accountability Be responsible for individual and group performance measurement; measuring productivity and utilization over time including velocity, burndown, etc; use Jira to its fullest to provide dashboarding, status, and reporting around these critical KPIs Minimum Qualifications At least 10 years of experience working as a Scrum Master OR managing IT projects in the US Proven ability to work with a team of developers Ability to analyze and resolve conflict quickly and efficiently Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience with Jira Strong communication skills Keywords: information technology Texas |
