10-15 years   years of experience in Customer Interaction Management domain covering Contact center assessment, RFP management, Technology & Operations Consulting, Solution Architecture & Design, Contact Center feature design and Pre Sales delivery:
Experience in project management , project delivery, outsourced product dev and solution consulting across various regions
Support clients in Contact Center Optimization, GAP Analysis, Self Service strategies, AI Automation, CRM Integrations, Proactive Outbound, WebRTC & Omnichannel across major Contact Center vendor platforms.
Technology consulting on Digital Transformation including Adoption and automation across traditional digital and social channels.
Identify Automation strategies , Map Strategic & Operational KPI , Assess Contact Center Maturity & arrive at technical solutions backed with provable ROI.
Contact Center Product comparison, positioning, vendor recommendations and pricing evaluations.
Assist in vetting Architecture Design, Application Design, Interoperability design.
Responsible for delivering demo's, POC's use cases, prototyping and defining package application features for reusability.
Worked with various Account Management, Sales and Product Sales Specialists teams, CCaaS vendors, Partners in assisting with sales strategies & thought leadership.
Managed an onshore/ offshore pre sales consulting .
KoreAI experience is preferable .
