Skill / Role - Cloud Technical Project Manager Location - Phoenix, AZ - Day one Onsite (Preferred local profiles) JD Job Description: As a Cloud Technical Project Manager, you will be: Working as part of Cloud Engineering team, drive and manage the delivery of various Private and Public Cloud programs. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. 8 to 10 years of technical delivery experience with a demonstrated track record of growing responsibility. Experience facilitating Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions on time, on budget, and to spec. Experience with design and coding across one or more platforms and languages is a plus. Agile Certification or Certified Scrum Master a plus. You understand Kubernetes, Container Orchestrations, Docker, and Cloud Native applications. Experience with Azure Projects a Plus. Ability to build high trust and credibility within the team through deep domain knowledge of the business and underlying technology. Possess a high degree of technical savvy, with a keen ability to learn new technology quickly and easily. Responsibilities : Be the key owner and pioneer of several large projects in the hybrid owning all technical aspects of software development, focused cloud platform enablement. An understanding of Kubernetes, Container Orchestrations, Docker, service mesh, and terraform Ability to understand systems and architectures to quickly identify potential problems. Awareness of GCP/AWS/Azure and private cloud services and dependencies/relationships between them. Understanding of cloud cost management best practices. Understanding security risk management and coordination. Ensure dependency alignment across teams. Execute the Program Increment (PI) objectives to support the strategy, vision, and roadmap Work with the Director and/or product owners to develop and prioritize the team backlog. Collaborate with other Technical Project Managers (TPM) to coordinate cross-team dependencies and other teams within the organization. Raise impediments, handles risks, dependencies, and resourcing needs. Support and encourage innovation through continuous exploration. Drive Agile team objectives. Provide visibility into gaps, issues, risks, and opportunities across Agile teams. Track and measure user story execution. Understand the team's technical platforms and applications. Facilitate solution technical alignment discussions.
